Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 2:00 PM (America/New_York) on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are dispatched the next business day.

The countdown shown on product and cart pages reflects the time remaining until that day's dispatch cutoff.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 per order.

Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more (calculated on the order subtotal, before tax). Your cart shows the exact rate and remaining amount needed to qualify.

Orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays outside our control may occur. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging.

A tracking number is added to your order once it ships and is visible in your account under Order History. Where the carrier provides a tracking link, it is included so you can follow the shipment.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, or unclaimed) can be reshipped once the address is corrected; a reshipment shipping charge may apply.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. If tracking shows no movement or a shipment appears lost, contact support with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and resolve it per our Returns & Refund Policy.
