Returns & Refund Policy

Because Our products are research materials with integrity and safety considerations, returns are not accepted and all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns of: (1) opened products, (2) unopened products, (3) temperature-sensitive materials, or (4) any research-grade chemicals.

We may issue a replacement or credit if: (1) the wrong item received as the result of an error by ReSurgence, (2) the research product arrived damaged, or (3) the shipment was lost in transit and verified as such by the carrier.

To make a claim for a replacement product or store credit equal to the cost of the erroneous, damaged or lost product(s), You must notify Us in writing by email, sent to operations@resurgencemarket.com, within 72 hours of delivery. The claim must include supporting evidence, such as: photos, order number and a description. Replacement product or credit is not guaranteed and will be approved at the discretion of ReSurgence based on the circumstances of Your claim.

We are not responsible for: (1) incorrect shipping addresses provided by You or Your authorized representative, or (2) shipments marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Products requiring cold storage must be promptly refrigerated upon delivery. Your failure to do so voids a claim for replacement or credit eligibility.

If Your claim for a replacement or credit is approved by Us, You will be notified by email within 5-10 business days.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks made by You may result in Your account suspension on this Website, a report to payment processors or legal action if fraud, waste or abuse is detected by Us.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please email requests for order cancellations to: operations@resurgencemarket.com
