Returns & Refund Policy
Effective June 28, 2026
Because our products are research materials with integrity and safety considerations, returns are limited. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available, and works together with our Shipping Policy.
1. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.
2. Undeliverable or returned shipments
Packages returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, or unclaimed) are refunded for the product subtotal, less the original shipping cost, once received back. We can instead reship to a corrected address for a reshipment shipping charge — see the Shipping Policy for carrier and address details.
3. Lost shipments
If tracking shows a package as lost or stuck in transit, contact support and we will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost shipments are replaced or refunded.
4. Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used research materials cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of products that have left our custody except in the damaged/incorrect cases above.
5. Order cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the damaged/incorrect resolution above still applies.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days; cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original asset at current value where applicable.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly. We maintain order, delivery, and verification records and will respond to disputes accordingly.
8. Contact
Reach support with your order number to start a return, replacement, or refund request.
